ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order due to inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or other reasonable business reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Prices, taxes, shipping charges, and other applicable costs will be displayed during checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, which are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return requests must be submitted within 15 days after delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. Original packaging and proof of purchase may be required.
Before returning a product, contact info@ralphler-trade.com for return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was incorrect, damaged, or defective upon delivery. When the return is due to our error, Ralphler Trade Corp. will provide appropriate return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.
We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected. Processing time may vary based on the payment provider.
This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MISSING PRODUCTS
If an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong product, or is missing an item, contact info@ralphler-trade.com promptly. Include the order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when reasonably available.
We may offer a replacement, return, refund, or another suitable resolution depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

MOBILE GAMES AND APPS
Information about unreleased games and apps is provided solely for informational purposes. Development plans, features, availability, supported platforms, and release dates may change.
When a Ralphler Trade Corp. game or app is released, its use may be subject to additional terms, an end-user license agreement, platform rules, and an updated Privacy Policy. App Store and Google Play terms may also apply to downloads and purchases made through those platforms.
